Belletetes extends credit for qualified individuals and businesses. For your convenience, the following forms are available for download.
All credit applications will be reviewed by our Credit Department.
Authorized Purchaser
We want to assure you that when you shop at Belletetes, we help to protect you by limiting your account to only authorized agents that you have supplied to us. If a person wants to charge on your account and they are not on the authorized list, we will not allow them to charge before contacting you and getting your approval.
Homeowners and Non-Incorporated Contractors
Please read through carefully and sign the two-page application form. Because of processing and mailing costs, we ask customers who anticipate purchases of less than $1,000.00 annually to consider paying with cash, personal check or credit card.
